4 stars for it's type of place. Breakfast place locals go to. I always return on every trip and get their grits :-). Father got French toast today. Smelled very good. Nice that they customize their meals. For example, if you ask for crispy bacon, that is the way it comes. Can't say that about other places we had breakfast at. Friendly place with lots of regulars who chat with each other and the wait staff. Half eaten food pictures (Sorry we were hungry!)

Great spot! Clean diner-style cafe serving up delicious, inexpensive bites. We went for breakfast during our visit to New Orleans, as it was close to the apartment we rented. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. Portions are generous, so be aware that you may not be able to finish your plate! Service was friendly, and the place was moderately busy, but quiet. Thank you for a great breakfast!

It is what it is. Good service. Good, better than acceptable food. You shouldnt be disappointed. Better than a Waffle House. Similar to a Dot's Diner.

Horrible, I told my husband I wanted to cook breakfast and not go out... Next time he will listen...Service slow, had to flag down our waiter just to get another cup of coffee. Not once did he check up on us. Food was horrible. Eggs were not cooked as requested. Requested hash browns..extra crispy with melted cheese, came our cold, mushy hashbrowns with cheese that was cold and not melted.

A bit slow but maybe because it was sunday 30 minutes to get the food.

Found it to be a great breakfast spot, their omelettes are pretty darn good and huge.There Friday night catfish special is hard to beat anywhere in town.Seems like they have acquired New Management and their lunches are pretty darn good also.Can't beat there Monday red beans and butter beans, I get them every week.If you have a sweet tooth check out the cake desserts, one of the girls there bake fresh cakes every week and I mean good stuff.

Very good fast service and fresh food

Server was very nice. They have an open kitchen so you can watch them prepare the food. After we placed are order the cook (I think was the owner) sat at the counter and played on her phone for 15 minutes. We had to ask if them where going to prepare are breakfast. It a nice little place that’s poorly run.

After reviewing all of the 5 star reviews I figured the place would be great. The only reason Im leaving one star is because the waitress was very sweet. We waited about 30 mins after being seated for two simple breakfast plates. The place starts emptying out and no one in the back is even cooking. While we still haven't received our food, our waitress quickly jumps and realizes she never brought us our food. So she brings the food and of course it's all cold. Barely any food given. Bacon is burnt. And the only way to possibly eat the super thick dry pancakes they brought us was to soak them in syrup. We will NOT be coming back ever again. McDonalds would have been better and cheaper. $30 down the drain.

The food/service is outstanding at the Breakfast Club. On Fridays, they've been boiling crawfish. Hands down, the best boiled crawfish around. Hands down!!!

I had a very simple order that was completely messed up. Eggs over easy an one slice of dry toast. Not sure how I ended up with two slices of toast smothered in butter and an egg that was hard...

I took my family here to have breakfast as its our last day in town and our food was burnt! All of it and to top it off we waited for refills on our drinks and after 20 mins I had to ask them. Absoulty horrible

Stopped in this morning and had the BEST service. Our waitress was delightful. She obviously enjoys what she does. We ordered the Cornbeef and Chicken fried steak for breakfast. It was very good. We will definitely stop back in if we are in the area.

Good food

Food was good and plenty. It was very busy but we still had good service. 35 dollars seems a bit much for omelets, hash browns and coffee for two people but it seems to be the norm now. Everything was very good though.

I think its just a woderful place to eat at the food is good and they treats you like family

We waited at least twenty minutes for a relatively simple order. The last time we were here, the service was much better... Attentive, ready to help. This time, not at all. Coffee is good though.
